The hotel's private beach was quite small, and to access the main beach area and nightlife of the city, we had to navigate along a break wall for about 100 yards. Although not a major inconvenience, it did add a bit of difficulty to reaching the popular beach area.

We enjoyed watching the kite surfers from the beds by the pool. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the staff at the reception and restaurant provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with the town and supermarket nearby. The beach area in front of the hotel, though small, had nice shallow water. And the ocean views from our room were simply beautiful. as old people, we found everything to be perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Velero Beach Resort for a week and it was a great choice. Our suite with a kitchenette and fridge was perfect for our needs. The surprise inclusion of breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and while we didn't cook much, having the kitchenette for snacks and drinks was convenient. The lack of a beach right in front of the hotel turned out to be a blessing, as the nearby beach was quite busy. Within just a 3-minute walk, we could be on the sand enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The infinity pool overlooking the beach was simply magnificent, and the restaurant had delicious food at very reasonable prices. The spacious rooms, helpful staff, and well-maintained garden added to the overall fantastic experience. The location was excellent, with a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The peaceful environment and morning breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.

The restaurant had the best view on the beach and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Caribbean getaway.
