cleanliness was great - room decent, and bed comfortable. location is quite and remote with beautiful countryside views. we enjoyed proximity to a nearby castle trail loop and appreciated a lady going out of her way to help with a phone charger.

Despite the mix-up with breakfast ordering and the lack of coffee in the morning, my family and I had a comfortable stay in the small yet well-stocked cabin. The friendly welcome from Shane, strong shower, and peaceful night's sleep made our first glamping experience enjoyable. Can't wait to return with my dressing gown!

My recent stay at Giltraps Townhouse & Glamping was truly enjoyable. The glamping pods were exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety throughout our stay. The communal toilet and shower facilities were well-maintained. The location of the property provided a beautiful backdrop for our glamping experience, with plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. The breakfast hamper delivered to our doorstep was a delightful start to the day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend Giltraps Townhouse & Glamping for a unique and memorable stay. I had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future.

This hotel is located in the center of a charming village, with pubs and a church just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to Kinnitty Castle, a short taxi ride away. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, with basic amenities provided and the rooms decorated nicely. Despite the rooms being a bit cold, heaters were provided and there was plenty of space. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast, with eggs straight from the on-site hens.

Spent new year in a unique location, and the experience was unforgettable. the cabins were cozy and warm and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, served hot and on time. the highlight was the BBQ dinner served on the second night, which was mouth-watering. the proximity to the local pub was great, and it was a fun experience listening to live music and trying out their delicious pizzas.

There were a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of on-site staff and the occasional wasp inside the cabin. the location wasn't ideal for those looking to explore nearby tourist attractions.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town and close to the majestic Slieve Bloom mountains. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and served right to our huts. The views of the mountains were breathtaking.

The karaoke and casino options were lacking, which was a disappointment for those who enjoy such entertainment.

We got amazing value for our money at Giltraps! The cabin we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and modern. The location was perfect for attending a wedding in town, and the staff treated us like family.
