Everything was fantastic.

The afternoon tea was a real treat, with a choice of delicious teas and the opportunity to win a dinner for two. the staff were friendly and the seats were plush and comfortable. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to walk to all the must-see areas.

The customer service left a lot to be desired. the staff were not attentive, and my requests for additional items in the room were not fulfilled.

The location was perfect, right in the city center near Trinity College, Temple Bar, and the Grafton Street Shopping Area. It was also conveniently close to the National Museums of Ireland, the Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, St Patrick's Cathedral, and the River Liffey. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were beautifully designed with attention to detail.

We were disappointed with the parking facilities offered by the hotel. the underground parking area was poorly maintained and cluttered with various items, leading to damage to our car wheels.

The Westin Dublin has a great location, perfect for exploring the city and being in direct touch with nature. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep. The hotel also offers excellent dining options, including a restaurant and bar, which adds to the overall experience. The decor is unique and pays homage to the building's history as a former bank.
