Had a lovely two-night stay! The suite was spacious, and the kitchenette saved us from dining out too much. Kids enjoyed the pool and patio area—definitely a win for family fun!

But seriously, I felt like I was dancing with a penguin in my room—noisy neighbors! And a tiny water bug paid us a visit, which wasn’t exactly part of the welcome committee.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a convenient location that made exploring the area easy. I particularly enjoyed the 24-hour reception for any late-night needs and the fresh breakfast that gave us a great start to our day.

the room at sonesta es suites had a cozy view like a cabin in the woods. shopping and restaurants were super close, which made things convenient. the front desk staff was awesome and really helpful! plus, i enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center, perfect for a bit of fun and staying active.

Our room had a musty smell, making it uncomfortable during our stay. The carpet was dirty, and the humidity level was quite high, which added to the overall unpleasantness. We also had trouble with parking late in the evening, as it was difficult to find a spot. Despite the decent breakfast and nice common areas, the issues with the room made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Consider utilizing the app for check-in and check-out, as it simplifies the process significantly and saves time at the front desk.

the hot breakfast has a wide variety of options but was a bit spicy for my taste. room service was inconsistent during my stay, which was a letdown after paying so much.

Just a heads up, the ice machine is behind the front desk, so you might need to wait a bit for ice. 😊

The studio suite was spacious and super clean, which I loved! The mini kitchen was great for making snacks. Only downside was the sofa bed was super uncomfortable, like my kids complained about it the whole night! Oh, and the breakfast options could’ve been better, but at least the coffee was good with the Keurig in the room. Would definitely stay here again, but maybe skip the couch bed next time.
