I recently stayed at Mirabelle Plaza in Haifa for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff and maid service were top-notch, making sure that all our needs were taken care of. The views from the hotel of the Baha'i Garden and Haifa harbour were absolutely stunning. The Israeli-style breakfast buffet was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I was particularly impressed with the young receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the stunning view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea from the hotel. the breakfast location was also fantastic, offering a scenic view of the sea from the mountain. the breakfast spread was good, with plenty of choices. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient with the Bahai garden and markets within walking distance.

There were some aspects of my stay that were not satisfactory. the first issue was with the toilet, which was difficult to flush.

The hotel also offers great facilities, including a club room option for an upgraded experience.

I wish the parking was included for guests.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and had a great time! Loved the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby every night. the location was perfect, close to the markets and gardens. the view of the city from our room was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

The elevators were slow and sometimes we had to wait a while to get to our floor. the pool was too cold to enjoy.
