I recently stayed at the Dan Panorama Hotel for a week, using it as a home base for sightseeing. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to The Kotel through the Mamilla Mall. The Shabbos dinner at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the top floor pool offered stunning views of the old city. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The value for money was great, and the room was top-notch with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to Jaffa gate at the Western Wall, and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy, especially Natalie Shalom and Tom Zamir.

Breakfast delights, but some children were misbehaving and licking serving spoons at the buffet. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

We recently celebrated Christmas at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and dinner offered, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions and explore the city. the rooftop pool was a great bonus and provided a refreshing break from the warm weather.

We found the service to be lacking in some areas, particularly the bar staff who seemed to struggle with our orders. some of the room amenities were not as modern as we had hoped, which made our stay slightly less comfortable.

Amazing staff! They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially on my anniversary. The front desk even surprised us with a celebratory bottle of wine. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great selection at breakfast. The highlight for the kids was the separate vegan table and made-to-order pancakes and eggs. The pool area on the 7th floor was fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
