outdated decor

During my recent stay at Cassia Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort offered. The classic double room was clean and well-maintained, with a tiny but much appreciated balcony. Although the carpets seemed a bit dingy, the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable.

The hotel's lobby area was clean and spacious, with a convenient gift shop. The outdoor pool, although small, provided a relaxing space to unwind.

Close to the historic center. Good breakfast. Beautifully renovated lobby. Large comfortable bathrooms. Amazing view from the 12th-floor rooms. Wonderful staff. Varied breakfast options. Excellent tour arrangements and honest guides. Helpful manager in resolving payment issues. Excellent taxi service and translation assistance. Priceless security and staff. Recommended to family and friends.

Stayed at Cassia Hotel for a few days. Enjoyed the central location, delicious breakfast, and underground parking. The ambiance was lovely, with a piano playing in the foyer. The pool and sun terrace were quiet, perfect for a peaceful swim. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room had a great amount of space. The lobby was fabulous with many seating areas and a big globe with a waterfall. Quick bus rides to the center of town. a wonderful stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the Old City, the mountain of beatitudes, and all the monuments. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also found the breakfast to be delicious and satisfying.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel offered a great food and atmosphere, which made my stay very pleasant. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with the Western Wall just a 20-minute walk away. Another advantage I enjoyed was the fact that the hotel was super kosher, catering to observant orthodox Jews, which added to the overall appeal of the place.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. the staff's attention to the guests was very poor, with one incident of a cleaning person trying to rob inside my closet.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the Jaffa gate into the old city and the Mamilla mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel had a great view and was perfect for exploring the city.

Felt like VIP, nothing to complain about.

The lobby of Cassia Hotel was beautifully renovated and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the stunning views of Jerusalem from our window, truly a breathtaking sight. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. The bathroom had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. The addition of an electric teapot with all the fixings for tea or coffee was a nice bonus. we had an enjoyable stay at Cassia Hotel and found it to be good value for our money.

While we found many positives during our stay at Cassia Hotel, there were a couple of drawbacks. The rooms we stayed in were extremely old and dated back to the late seventies, not quite meeting our expectations.

As party people, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and vibrant energy of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any issues we had with our room. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for exploring the city. The senior housekeeper quickly found us a new room when we encountered a problem.
