the staff at Prima were extremely kind and helpful, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. the food at the hotel was excellent, and I appreciated the daily phone calls checking in on my stay. the front desk even arranged taxis for me and provided useful information about tour sites and public transportation. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with elegant furnishings.

The breakfast at Prima Park Hotel was amazing. They had a wide variety of options including omelettes, fresh fruits, and freshly baked pastries. I especially loved the shampoo and shower gel infused with minerals from the Dead Sea. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the central bus and train stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options provided in the dining area. it was a nice touch to find a small surprise gift waiting in my clean and well-furnished room after a long day. the hotel’s proximity to the central bus station made getting around easy and convenient.

The constant background noise from nearby roads was quite disruptive, especially in the early morning hours. the hotel lacked effective sound insulation which only exacerbated the issue.

Wonderful food, lovely dining room, family-friendly, accommodating staff, early check-in and late check-out, easy access to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was happy to find that they had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb. It was conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the sights I wanted to see. the staff, the rooms, and the location were the best aspects of my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy as much. the customer service at the hotel was lacking.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing pastries and drinks during check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near the trial and is easily accessible by train to Tel Aviv. The rooms were spacious and the buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Jerusalem. The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to both the tram station and the train station, making it easy to explore the city and even travel to Tel Aviv. The hotel staff, especially Benjamin and another lady whose name I can't remember, were exceptional. They were always helpful, calling to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were a decent size and very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find wine, water, and chocolates awaiting my arrival. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Jerusalem in the future.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to the train station, light rail station, and main attractions in Jerusalem. The room size is functional, and the buffet breakfast and dinner offer a good variety of Jewish/Mediterranean food. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with prompt communication via email. The hotel provides free parking and has a synagogue for prayer. The internet works well, and there is a diverse mix of guests from different nations.

The bathroom could use some renovations and new towels.
