Despite the great location opposite the train station, the room's sound insulation left much to be desired, making for an interrupted night's sleep. The breakfast variety was impressive, with options for different dietary needs.

arriving early and being treated like an inconvenience was shocking. the front desk staff were not very friendly, constantly shooing me away while they fawned over other guests. also, the lifts are a joke, why wouldn’t they just fix them? i almost gave a good review, but then again, i wasn’t exactly receiving red carpet treatment.

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Florence with best value for money ratio. The air conditioning wasn't working too well, but I managed to stay comfy with my own slippers on the floor. Check the location if you're sensitive to noise. it's close to the train station.

the location is superb, right across from the train station and near major attractions. the breakfasts were superb, and the room had a view of the historic skyline. staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved how close it was to the train station. Rooms were comfy, and breakfast was really good. Igor at the front desk was super friendly and helped us with a map of the area. Make sure to explore some great local restaurants!

Unfortunately, we had a noisy night due to poor sound insulation. Even with the windows shut, we could hear a lot from the street. It disrupted our sleep, which was a bit disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay, especially because it was conveniently located across from the train station. This made coming and going easy with my luggage. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options and great coffee. I also appreciated the nearby restaurant. it was worth visiting. Overall, positive to be in a lively area where I could explore Florence effortlessly. My experience certainly encouraged me to return.
