The room was modern and comfortable, and the view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn't have been better, right downtown and a short walk from the ferry. The staff, especially Theo, were incredibly friendly and responsive. They even used text messaging to quickly address any requests we had. The daily fresh fruit delivery was a lovely touch that my kids absolutely loved. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.

The key location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the island. It was conveniently located near the ferry terminal and in town, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a warm welcome and a fruit basket upon arrival. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette in our room, complete with breakfast cereal, milk, and coffee. This allowed us to have a convenient and enjoyable breakfast each morning.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the construction noise starting at 7:30am was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep in.

The hotel offered a great welcome package with complimentary milk, orange juice, fruit, and granola, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, being conveniently close to the ferry dock and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the customer service was exceptional, with the owner even personally assisting with luggage and escorting guests to the ferry.

The check, out time of 11AM was a bit early, especially considering the check, in time is at 3PM. the rooftop deck was difficult to access with steep stairs, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
