The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment. Plus, the hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities within the area. Additionally, we appreciated the presence of a fire pit outside, which created a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere in the evenings.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the bathroom shower design was a bit awkward, with the door opening against the wall where the towel rack is located.

I gotta say, the value for our money at Courtyard was impressive! The room was just perfect for our needs and the bed was so comfortable. The location was great too, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. But what really stood out was the staff - they treated us like frequent visitors, so warm and welcoming.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is perfect as it is just a couple of miles from my daughter's college. The easy access to the interstate was a major advantage. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail was commendable, as seen in the large and well-equipped rooms that had everything I needed, including a fridge. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the rooms with two beds, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had two complementary facts offered which were a really nice touch. the location was perfect with lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a gas station nearby. the room had a cozy feel and the shower had great water pressure which was a really nice way to start the day.

The first room we were given had a sticky bathroom floor which wasn't pleasant. the second room had a small fridge that wasn't working properly and there was a larger fridge in the room which took up a lot of space.

We absolutely adored our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, it was right in the heart of everything. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were fantastic as well, with wonderful attention to detail in terms of decor and amenities. My Mom and I stayed at Courtyard for a few nights while my Dad had surgery at the nearby VA. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home during a difficult time. The hotel's central location was a huge plus, with plenty of food and coffee shops nearby. We were also impressed with the fabulous front desk staff and attentive housekeeping team. Special shoutout to the hardworking evening bartender who remained positive and friendly despite being very busy. This stay was better than expected - thank you!
