Great rooftop terrace, perfect for unwinding.

We enjoyed our stay in a charming hotel tucked away on a quiet side canal. The breakfast options were excellent, featuring freshly cooked eggs, and the location made it easy to visit nearby attractions and access the water bus drop-off.

The soundproofing in our room could be improved, as we heard street noise.

The location is fantastic, right by the canal, with friendly staff who helped us navigate the area! The breakfast was decent, and our room was clean with a lovely little balcony!

The air conditioning was problematic repeatedly, and the elevator occasionally malfunctioned. it could get quite cramped at the reception area! Finding the hotel was tricky due to unclear signage.

How cool is this? Got a nice room upgrade when we arrived, and waking up to gondoliers singing outside was just a lekker way to start the day! The rooftop bar has stunning views for sundowners, ja! Really enjoyed brekkie with so many yummy options, like fresh pastries and cheeses.

The shower was a bit cramped, had to kneel for it, which was a bit of a hassle.

Braw wee place, right on a pretty canal! The staff were pure dead brilliant, especially when they booked us a water taxi. Only downside was the shower, could use a curtain or something. Still, breakfast had a cracking selection! Would definitely stay again!

Quiet room, spacious room, difficult access

Fantastic location with direct canal access for water taxis.

Our stay was far from ideal. The design of the bathroom was inadequate, as the shower flooded the floor each time we used it, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, we could hear every little noise from the street and hallway. This made it really difficult to relax or sleep peacefully during our three nights here. I expected a much better experience for the price we paid.

i almost thought this woudl be a decent stay, but the breakfast staff was downright rude, the erratic AC left me sweating, and i expected a room upgrade for what i paid—absolutely pathetic! its stunning location can't save a hotel that lacks basic hospitality and comfort. totally underwhelmed, if only i could give it zero stars!

The location was perfect, nestled along a quiet canal. we loved hearing the gondoliers singing as they glided by! Clean rooms, great staff, and a lovely breakfast spread—with hot and cold options. Definitely a memorable experience! !

the room was very clean and spacious for europe. breakfast lacked fresh fruit, sadly.

The breakfast spread was awesome, like a buffet with so many choices. Plus, the mini bar was a nice touch for late-night snacks. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, soaking in that view of the canal.

Nothing to fault.

It was just a top selection for a brief pause in Venice with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Try The Brunch Cafe nearby for breakfast instead of the hotel’s option.

the location at dell'opera is very central, nestled along an inviting canal just steps from a bridge. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. the bar area was quaint, perfect for a nightcap.

the breakfast selection could be broader. the reception area felt a bit cramped.

Arriving was a bit of a maze, but when I finally checked in, the guy at the front desk was super nice! ! He even gave me free breakfast after I wasn’t sure if it was included. My room was HUGE with a nice terrace, just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the experience, I’d say it was worth it.
