The location of this hotel is fantastic: very convenient, yet on a quieter canal, so it's easy to escape the busy tourism of the city. The rooms were lovely, spacious, very clean, and had a nice balcony next to a channel - absolutely delightful. The basic amenities were provided, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

No major complaints - all was ok.

The room here was the biggest we have had in comparison to all other cities. It had a super cute canopy bed and a beautiful glass chandelier that added a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with hot eggs, deli meat, toast. The hotel's location was great, with all shops just two blocks away. Plus, it was conveniently situated near a bridge and not too far from popular attractions like St. Mark's Square. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its big, stylish rooms and great location.

the staff was extremely accommodating with my girlfriend's allergies during breakfast. the room was comfortable and the location was great, close to the theater and Plaza San Marco. Loved the small balcony overlooking the canal where we enjoyed wine and watched gondolas go by.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and easily accessible to transportation. We loved that it was tucked next to a quiet canal and next to a beautiful bridge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and even explaining local habits and culture. The breakfast selection was great, with options like fresh bread, ham, cheese, and various egg choices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right in the center of the tourist area. I loved being directly on a small canal, as I could watch the gondoliers passing by from my room. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good bed for a restful night's sleep. It was great to have breakfast included, making it convenient to start my day.

The location of Hotel Dell'Opera is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from La Fenice Opera house. The room was beautifully decorated with a charming old-world feel. The breakfast served was delicious and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering directions and assisting with transportation. The hotel also arranged a convenient water taxi for us. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located next to the big attractions and near a canal with gondoliers passing. The staff provides great service and basic amenities are sufficient. The rooms have large, comfortable beds and some with a view onto the canals.

No proper shower in some upper floor rooms.

The breakfast was satisfying, and they had free Wi-Fi, which was very helpful when planning our romantic escape. the location was fantastic with many restaurants and attractions nearby. We loved the fact that we could walk to most of the places that we wanted to visit.

The room we were given had a gritty floor and a view of a neighboring wall, which was not enjoyable. the atmosphere of the hotel felt more like a youth hostel rather than a standard hotel.
