The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning rooftop terrace that offered breathtaking views. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I particularly appreciated the in-room air extraction in the bathroom. The staff, from Giovanni the headwaiter to the front desk, the maids, and the bellmen, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the train terminal and the Duomo made it very convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone.

The rooftop terrace has an incredible view, and the breakfast is amazing. The location is great, just a short walk away from all the must-see areas. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

My stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience. The staff was attentive and fulfilled all my luxurious needs, providing exclusive amenities and high-quality shower sets. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable, with nice quality bed linen.

Samuele was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant. The upgrade to a Junior suite was a pleasant surprise, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the central train station and within walking distance of major landmarks. The roof terrace bar provided a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the stunning view of the Doumo and the city at night. The high pressure in the European-style shower was a great touch, and the hotel even provided exclusive high-quality shower amenities.
