I absolutely loved my Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff were so welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the key attractions in the city. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood was elegant and charming. And the decor of the hotel was simply stunning, with beautiful artwork and collectables everywhere.

We were pleased to have a terrace for outdoor dining, it was perfect for our needs. we appreciated the soundproofed windows as it allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

The lack of evening housekeeping was somewhat inconvenient as we had to make additional requests for it to be done. the breakfast service could have been better, as it was severely understaffed.

The boutique hotel offers unique service and attention to detail, surpassing 5-star city hotels. Conveniently located near sightseeing and shopping areas, it provides a cozy atmosphere akin to someone's bigger house. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor throughout. Gym access at the adjacent Grand Hotel is an added bonus. Can't wait to return.

Despite having a smaller room, the stylish design and feather pillows made up for it. I also loved the convenience of the on-site outdoor restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals. The breakfast spread was top-notch and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, beautiful design, and excellent amenities.
