Elevator only reaches the 4th floor, requiring annoying stair climbing to upper rooms!!! No coffee maker or kettle in the room to enjoy a hot beverage!!! There's quite a lot of wear and tear evident throughout the facilities!!!

Charming location with some quirks

Upon arrival, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel instantly at home. Our room offered a comfy bed and unique Venetian decor, perfectly close to St Mark's Square, allowing us easy access to all the iconic sites. The breakfast was a lovely treat, especially their fresh pastries and coffee selections that fueled our mornings of exploration.

the location of casanova is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to piazza di san marco. the continental breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options. the staff at reception were super friendly and always ready to help us with any issues we had.

Lovely breakfast, but air conditioning needs improvement.

is it too much to ask for a simple set of dishes in the suite? also, the shower missing a glass door was a real treat. i almost enjoyed my stay, but after the dreadful reception service from Mr Luca, a welcome gift or room upgrade would’ve been appreciated. just couldn't believe the lack of attention to detail here.

this hotel woudl have been passable if not for the room's black mold in the shower, definitely not a pleasant sight. the awful smell was another charming feature. i almost forgot to mention the lack of hangers in the wardrobe, but they did deliver some after my complaint—how generous. a welcome gift for enduring these inconveniences woudl have been nice.

A great spot for a group trip! The location is perfect for hitting up St Marco and nearby restaurants. After exploring, unwind at a charming cafe or the beautiful nearby basilica. The staff was friendly, and it’s a breeze to reach from both airports.

However, I had trouble getting a response to my questions before traveling, which was frustrating. I heard some guests experienced similar customer service issues around that time.

the location is absolutely amazing, just one block from st marco which is crazy convenient! the room was super clean and comfy, and the breakfast selection was good too. i really loved sitting by the window during breakfast, looking at all the shops below. the lobby was cute and elegant, perfect for grabbing a book and relaxing. it’s a great base for exploring everything venice has to offer.

but the noise from outside was kind of annoying even with the windows closed. also, the reception area was way too small when busy.

I found it easy to explore the surrounding area, which felt authentic and inviting. The location allowed for convenient access to the water bus. Overall, the hotel provided a decent base for my adventures, despite a few minor service issues. I am a single traveler and enjoy simple pleasures.

super convenient access to famous landmarks and cozy eateries

My stay was enhanced by the amazing proximity to basilica di san marco which is just a few steps away, and i loved discovering charming cafes like culto caffe cioccolato less than a 5-minute walk from my room, perfect for my city strolls. i found the room clean and the bed quite comfy, which made for both relaxation and easy exploration of venice's treasures.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near St Mark's Square, perfect for exploring. Room 116 was clean and spacious, although heating was a struggle and the shower could use repairs. The staff was generally helpful, though some interactions were a bit lacking. The continental breakfast offered a decent variety, making mornings pleasant.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Venice with very good value for money. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many sites, which made exploring the city a breeze. Bring your own slippers, as they aren't provided and it might help with comfort in your room.
