As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and secure during our stay. The room was beautiful and kept us cool even in a heatwave. We loved the pool area and being able to play ladder golf on the lawn. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our experience easy and seamless. Taking the bikes out was fun and easy too!

Felt like VIP, no complaints.

I recently stayed at Journey and I must say, the beds were absolute heaven! I haven't slept that well in ages. The room was also very clean and the organic, coastal decor created a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the toiletry products provided as well.

Now, I do have to mention one drawback. The limited hours of the lobby were a bit inconvenient for us early risers.

Afternoon cookies a nice touch. Amazing staff from check-in to check-out. Fire lit on demand. High quality breakfast with baked goods, yogurt, berries. Beautiful finishes in rooms with nice linens. Close proximity to Moby's and bikes to beach. Lovely reception staff, very helpful. Great second visit.

Convenient location, charming decor, spacious room, spotlessly clean. No air in the room. Non-functional refrigerator. Faulty couch. Inadequate response from management.

The value for money at Journey was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that included a lovely modern bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect for a calming Christmas retreat, with beautiful beaches for long walks. The caring manager and staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was perfect.

The food for breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options to choose from.

My stay at Journey was absolutely delightful. The newly renovated rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, spacious layout, and cute decor. The highlight for me was the warm and inviting pool, which was a rare find in East Hampton during the winter. Despite a few minor issues with noise from neighboring rooms, I still found the hotel to be a great place to unwind and relax. I would highly recommend Journey for a tranquil getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Journey East Hampton! The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed playing ladder golf on the lawn. The bikes were a fun and easy way to explore the area. Continental breakfast had a great selection. we had a great experience!

I got great value for my money at Journey! The room was beautiful, just like the photos, and the location was perfect. The staff treated us incredibly well, making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed.
