The room was quite spacious, with a separate living area and a comfortable bed. the location was also very convenient, with key attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the hotel was difficult to find, especially as it was our first time in the city.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel in Venice! the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best parts was the spacious room and comfortable bed.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, which was quite disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the San Marco area, just a short walk from the famous St. Mark's Square and the beautiful Bridge of Sighs. The hotel itself was situated in a medieval palace, which added to the charm and atmosphere of our stay. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom complete with all the amenities we needed. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon "tea time" and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the lovely dining room. Additionally, the small garden area at the rear of the hotel was a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy a drink while watching the gondolas pass by.

Excellent location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Suite room with rooftop hot tub is stunning. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, with a chance to sit by the canal. Staff are friendly and helpful in arranging airport transfers and providing local recommendations. a wonderful and safe stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, landmarks, and San Marco Square. The hotel had a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal, where we enjoyed cocktails and a nightcap. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for dinner and transportation. we had an excellent experience and highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The storage space in the junior suite was limited, with only two drawers and two shelves for three of us.

They were always attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast dining area was set up elegantly and offered a great selection of choices. We were lucky enough to score one of the tables on the balcony overlooking one of the canals, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Venice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Venice. The location was absolutely perfect, being very close to all the main attractions. I could easily walk to St. Mark's Square and other historic buildings. What made it even better was the fact that the hotel was situated by a beautiful canal with a delightful garden. I could sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of gondolas passing by. The service at this place was exceptional - from the friendly and helpful staff at reception to the attentive breakfast staff and bar person. They made me feel welcome and were always there to assist with any requests or questions I had. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The amenities provided, such as tea and coffee facilities and an in-room safe, made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. I could not have asked for a better hotel to experience Venice for the first time, and I can't wait to return.
