The location was just perfect for us, being in a lovely area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle of the center but still easily accessible through public transport. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful tree-lined streets and felt like we were among locals. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided us with enhanced comfort during our stay. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of living space, and the bed and sofa bed were positioned well, allowing us to move around freely. The decor was stylish and modern, while still incorporating all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was a great start to our day. we would definitely come back to this place for its unbeatable location and quality services.

We stayed at Fenix for a week while visiting family at the nearby university. The location was convenient with buses right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and the termini. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including good coffee.
