Complimentary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the town and train station. The view from the balcony of our room was stunning, and waking up to it every morning was a treat.

The hotel was extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The room itself was clean but lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any coffee/tea facilities.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel had great amenities, including a pool and restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

I had an amazing view of the harbor area and Mount Vesuvius from my room at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace. It was a surreal experience swimming in the waters near the mountain. The breakfast at the hotel was decent with a good variety of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its stunning views and unique experience.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel with its ideal location and beautiful views. The staff at the pool, beach, restaurant, and room cleaning were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice, and the breakfast had a diverse and good selection. The food at the pool snack bar was also delicious. The hotel itself is stunning, with marble floors and grand chandeliers. It is conveniently located close to the train station and commercial area, making it easy to explore the city. a great atmosphere and a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street in Sorrento. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, with a nice variety of options. The staff was excellent and very helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the water from the hotel.
