The hotel was located right on the edge of the beautiful lake, offering stunning views from the restaurant and poolside. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant menu had a wide range of delicious options and the meals were always presented beautifully. Plus, the hotel had its own esplanade along the lake, perfect for leisurely walks and taking in the scenery.

The location of the hotel, right next to the ferry port, made it extremely convenient for exploring the beautiful Lake Garda. We had easy access to various destinations around the lake, thanks to the close proximity of the ferry. Additionally, we enjoyed dining at the Lemon Garden restaurant, which offered delicious meals with a lovely view of the lake. The hotel's location on the western shoreline of Lake Garda provided stunning views throughout our stay.

The prices at the hotel's bar and restaurants were quite high, which made it less appealing for spending time and enjoying a drink or meal on-site.

The staff, especially Barbara and Massimo, were amazing. Excellent service provided by professionals. Barbara was kind, helpful, and gracious. Massimo was an institution in the Piano Bar, making fantastic martinis. The hotel had a wonderful Belle Époque ambiance, spacious public rooms, and a lakeside balcony that offered superb views. Great breakfast and history.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and were blown away by the stunning views of the lake. The service was exceptional, especially Barbara and Massimo who made us feel like old friends. The gardens near the hotel were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns using the convenient boat and bus stops. The breakfast by the lakeside was a truly memorable experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Breathtaking lake views from our spacious and quiet room were enjoyed every day. the breakfast selection was excellent, especially when sitting outside overlooking the beautiful lake. the relaxed and professional pool bar staff provided top-notch service, and the food was delicious.

The decor in some areas is outdated, and some room facilities could be improved, such as providing soft mattress toppers. the prices of drinks in the bar were somewhat high.
