Birthday banner and beer were a thoughtful surprise!

The King Suite with Balcony was comfortable, though light sleepers might find road noise an issue. The stay was pleasant overall, but the lack of staff presence and limited services were noticeable. Great for families looking for a spacious accommodation for a short visit.

Expecting hotel service standards with no staff present is unrealistic!!! A proper cleaning schedule for long stays, assistance upon arrival, and better noise insulation from the road would greatly enhance the experience!!!

Superb stay! The Franklin Flat was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Adam was a fantastic host, and the location was a quiet oasis near Tinker Street! 😍

my stay at herwood inn exceeded my expectations during this romantic trip. the location was perfectly centralized in woodstock, making it easy to explore and enjoy nearby restaurants. adam was an amazing host, offering support and even a late checkout, which was a nice touch.

It was just a fine choice for a brief sojourn in Woodstock with good value. The kitchenette in our room was super handy for preparing quick meals. If you need a place with minimal staff presence, this could work for you.

An inspiring place with thoughtful details, from the communal shop to the self-service system. The Franklin Flat was beautifully decorated and equipped for a relaxing stay. Though the room wasn't ready at check-in, the hospitality made up for it. A great spot for family and peaceful retreats!

the herwood inn provided a fabulous getaway with a charming communal shop, perfect for grab-and-go snacks. the outdoor dining area was lovely for breakfast, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. so relaxing. the staff's attention was top-notch! could improve shower pressure though.

A perfect getaway with the comfort of a king suite featuring a balcony, which allowed us to unwind. The close proximity to Main Street and local restaurants enhanced our experience, making exploring convenient. Adam’s hospitality stood out, as he was always available and even accommodated a late checkout for us. While the communal shop was a charming touch, the absence of daily cleaning and occasional road noise might detract from the serenity for some guests. However, the relaxing environment made it a memorable trip.

Super cozy vibes, loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Plus, we could enjoy our coffee on the patio! Such a great spot for foodie adventures, and the hot tub was a cherry on top! Adam’s hospitality was next level—like, he even offered a late checkout!
