We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including extra towels and washcloths. The sheets and pillowcases were luxurious and incredibly soft. The food at the hotel's restaurant, Latitude36 Kitchen and Bar, was delicious. We ate there for lunch one day and dinner two nights, and the salmon with roasted potatoes and pesto was especially amazing. The view from our room on the 7th floor was breathtaking, especially during sunset.

I had the best burger I've ever eaten during my stay, and I've had a lot of burgers in the past. The Vietnamese waiter, whose name I don't know, was exceptional. He made us laugh and served us with pleasure. It was refreshing to see someone with a great attitude towards life and their job. The hotel facilities were clean, and our son thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

The hotel had a nice pool in the lobby, which was a great feature. The location was close to the airport and just a short Uber ride to downtown, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and the renovated rooms were pretty nice.

One of the main entrances was blocked by a travel bus, which made it difficult to unload luggage. Additionally, the water from the shower in my room flooded the bathroom floor, causing inconvenience. The hotel corridors and certain rooms were in need of cleaning and renovation.
