The hotel is perfectly situated just across the street from a shopping mall, making it easy to explore various restaurants, shops, and attractions within a short walk; with parks like Laurel Hills Park and Umstead Park just a quick drive away, I was able to enjoy leisurely strolls surrounded by nature, while friendly staff made the stay comfortable and welcoming. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room could use some improvement.

Just a proper fit for a mini-vacation in Raleigh with outstanding value. The staff was exceptional.

The room was super clean and cozy with great amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. No carpet, which is a plus! Loved the balcony view. Hot breakfast was tasty, especially the cappuccino. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made everything even better. Plus, the fitness center looked nice!

The fold-out bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep and ended up on the couch, which definitely wasn’t meant for bigger folks. I can’t believe they call that a solution—such a letdown! I won’t be coming back.

Drinking water was freely available, which was convenient. the noise level from other guests in the hallway was disruptive at night. The setup of the room was inviting, but soundproofing could use improvement. The initial check-in process was friendly, but my request for a handicap room wasn’t honored as expected. the lobby carpet could benefit from a cleaning. Minor inconveniences, but they affected the overall comfort.

The location was absolutely perfect for our college tour! The coffee machine in our room served a delicious mocha that made my mornings brighter. Plus, the staff were so kind and involved, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

The location is great, and cleanliness is commendable. the pool's availability should be clearly communicated to avoid inconvenience. I faced a frustrating issue regarding payment policies for under-21 guests—clarity on age-related rules is necessary. the parking arrangements need improvement; it's cramped and awkward. Lastly, mold in the shower grout and dated furnishings detract from the overall experience. With a few enhancements, this hotel could easily elevate its status. Looking forward to returning, but with higher expectations.

My friends and I had a blast checking out Frankie's Fun Park, and catching a game at NC State's Carter-Finley Stadium was epic! Perfect for a teen getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the attentive housekeeping staff. The room was tidy, and I adored the special Valentine's Day decor with rose petals and candles—it made my stay memorable. The location is perfect for nearby dining options, enhancing the overall experience.

Breakfast was decent, with a nice variety of coffee options. the WiFi was frustratingly unreliable, killing productivity and forcing me to find a different place to work. The front desk staff had mixed messaging during check-in, and the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome. A cleaner room and more attentive service would have made for a better experience overall.

Just stayed at a hotel close to the mall for my laptop and was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread. Staff could be more attentive. Rooms, however, were private and fantastic. The seasonal outdoor pool was a plus. Would return FOR SURE! The rooms look even better than in photos!
