We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a quiet area near banks, a supermarket, and a tram station. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The rooms and toilets were clean, and we enjoyed the convenience of having WiFi available. The breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to our days. we would highly recommend this hotel for its good location and pleasant amenities.

I recently stayed at Hotel Atena for 3 nights during a business trip to Milan. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing me to store my luggage after check-out until my flight later in the evening. The hotel's location was ideal, within easy walking distance of the city center and close to metro stations and taxi hubs. The enclosed complex provided a sense of privacy and security. The breakfast was above average, with a variety of options and delicious made-to-order cappuccinos. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel was in a mind-blowingly good location, just a short walk from the city center. We didn't mind that the local tram stop wasn't working because we enjoyed walking everywhere. The hotel itself may have been in need of some repairs and redecoration, but the room was super comfortable and had lots of storage space. The shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. We loved the good continental breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, except for one lazy and rude person who was a total letdown. The courtyard entrance was really nice and added to the overall charm of the place. The wi-fi was fast, there was convenient luggage storage, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The room had a flat-screen TV and there was an elevator in the hotel. It was a non-smoking hotel and we appreciated that no pets were allowed. we had an amazing stay!

The very friendly staff provide excellent service for tourists. The rooms are comfortable with nice views, and the breakfast is typical for Italy. the free and fast WiFi is a great convenience for guests.

There were some issues with the bathroom, such as a blocked shower drain and limited storage space.

So many designer shops to explore nearby, perfect for a shopaholic like me! Breakfast was good and the hotel is located in the heart of the city.

Oh, and let's not forget the fun game of flooding the bathroom after a 45-second shower! So much excitement packed into my stay at this hotel.
