We stayed at Hotel Boccaccio for one night before our early flight. The location is excellent, just a block away from the train station. The staff, especially Elby, was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had a small refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Upon arrival at Hotel Boccaccio, we were warmly greeted by a friendly member of the staff at the reception. He took the time to provide us with valuable suggestions and recommendations that made our short stay in Florence absolutely fantastic. The room, although not very spacious or newly renovated, was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel's location, just steps away from the train station, made it incredibly convenient for us to travel. The WiFi was strong and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. We would definitely choose to stay at Boccaccio again.

The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and recommended a one day tour around Tuscany. The location is very good, close to Firenze central Station and within walking distance of the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel with beautiful decor and clean, modern bathrooms. the location is ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance to all the attractions. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful, providing excellent advice on where to eat. They even speak multiple languages fluently.

The rooms were not as soundproof as advertised, as we were constantly disturbed by loud guests. the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms.
