I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location could not have been better, right in the center of town and just a few steps away from the shops. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything from the location to the service and amenities was exceptional.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the room was beautifully decorated with classic details and it was spotlessly clean. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious treats. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the train station and within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. the welcoming staff made us feel at home.

Some aspects could have been better. the facilities were not as modern as we expected, and the room was a bit small.

We had a great stay at Cristallo! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to both the city center and the beach. the staff at the reception were very attentive, even allowing us to check in late at 2 am. the hotel was clean and offered private parking. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options for those with allergies or special diets. we were impressed with the hotel and its amenities.
