We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and elegantly styled. The location was perfect, close to the center of town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in Palermo! Loved the fact that it had parking available for a reasonable fee, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot in the busy city. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of most attractions. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioning system.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, especially in the mornings when the kitchen and breakfast room were busy.

As a Filipino-American healthcare professional and seasoned traveler, I stayed at Federico II Central Palace for a few days. The location was amazing, and the staff's professionalism made a lasting impression. Despite a small issue during check-in, the receptionists were kind and accommodating. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and daily cleaning and minibar refills were a nice touch. The new spa center was fabulous, with a unique cave-like swimming pool. The hotel's interior, from the walls to the lobby, was beautifully decorated. Sleeping with open windows in the central but quiet location was a treat.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, including warm pastries, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Laundry was done on the same day and we could even bring a teapot to our room. If you're traveling by car, the hotel is located outside of the traffic restriction zone.
