The staff were incredibly welcoming, with special mention to Anna in the breakfast room who was always helpful and sweet. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a delicious selection including ham, cheese, cereals, fruits. The hotel's location near Termini Station made it convenient for exploring Rome, and the option to hop on and off buses with passes bought nearby was a great bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We spent our Easter break at a great hotel with an ideal location near the main train station. the hotel staff was incredibly polite and welcomed us with open arms, offering two complimentary services that exceeded our expectations. the hotel room was spacious and provided excellent value for money. we enjoyed taking advantage of the central location to explore the city's main attractions easily.

The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for our taste. We would have preferred a softer bed for a more comfortable night's sleep.
