The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Florence, right beside the Ponte Vecchio. This means that you can easily walk to all of the major attractions in the city without any hassle. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they even offer a great air conditioning system to keep you cool during the summer months. Plus, the views from the rooms overlooking the Arno and Ponte Vecchio are absolutely amazing. The breakfast spread is good, although it could have included a few more items, but don't forget to ask for a coffee, it's really worth it!

We recently stayed at Hotel Hermitage for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and making us feel at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of Ponte Vecchio, and the views from the rooftop terrace were amazing. The rooms were nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious with a luxurious Jacuzzi bath. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed ordering espresso and hot chocolate. We would definitely come back to Hotel Hermitage and highly recommend it.

This hotel is a gem, right in the center of the city beside the iconic Ponte Vecchio. The location couldn't be better as it allowed me to walk to all the major attractions in Florence. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and had spectacular views. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the magazines provided for some evening relaxation. The breakfast, with a nice view, included a variety of options although it could have had a few more items. Don't forget to ask for a coffee, it's included!

One receptionist had a lackadaisical approach to doing his job. The lift was incredibly small, had to make multiple trips to bring luggage to reception.

My recent stay at Hermitage in Florence was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from Ponte Vecchio. The room was clean and well-appointed, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom. The rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views of the city. The staff were helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. The hotel is conveniently located near museums and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Complementary breakfast and an amazing rooftop garden with stunning views were enjoyable amenities.

The hotel could use an update and some rooms can be noisy because of street noise. Wi-Fi was unreliable in the evenings and could not be relied on to stay connected with loved ones.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking situation was convenient, with free parking available along the river. The location of the hotel was perfect, with all the main attractions within a few blocks in the summer sunshine. We had a lovely view of the bridge from our room, Room 201. The breakfast provided each morning was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
