The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is located right beside JR Kumamoto station. This makes it very easy to access the rail station and other transportation options. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing ample space for movement and storage. Guests also appreciate the provision of a water boiler instead of a kettle, allowing them to control the temperature of their water.

The lobby of the hotel shocks, as it seems to be from a 5-star hotel, but the rooms, particularly the bathroom, are outdated and show signs of aging.

There were some stunning views to be enjoyed from the room, especially during the sunrise and sunset periods. the beds were quite comfortable providing a perfect night’s sleep. the hotel is situated at a convenient location with easy access to public transportation hubs.

One disappointing aspect of the hotel was the distance from tourist attractions, and the limited number of options to eat in the immediate surroundings. While the hotel was clean and staff were helpful, there were some issues with building, technology and some construction work which led to significant noise levels.
