As backpackers, we loved the amazing terrace, bar, and restaurant. The food was wonderful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The suite size was good, with 2 levels and nicely renovated bathrooms. We also enjoyed having 2 balconies.

The view of the Matterhorn from my balcony was incredible, especially at 1am in the morning. The hotel's location up the hill allowed for a peaceful and quiet stay, while still being just minutes away from the city center, bars, and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was delicious. a great experience.

Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the fast Sunnegga funicular train, which allowed quick access to the top of the mountain. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of local specialties. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and efficient. the tunnel access was a unique feature that we really enjoyed. the restaurant had a great view of the surrounding mountains. we had a fantastic stay during our city trip.

The hotel was not in a prime location and the view could have been enjoyed from other hotels in the city. the beds were twin beds and not very comfortable.

The traditional decor and spacious rooms with comfortable amenities made for a cozy stay. The bathrooms were especially nice, with excellent showers and modern fixtures. The standout feature was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the room's large balcony. The hotel's breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The outdoor bar and patio area offered incredible views as well. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was just a minute's walk away from the lift, so we could easily hit the slopes. the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the mountains from the restaurant.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and funiculars, making it easy to explore the area. The added bonus of a nearby hotel with a pool for my son was a great feature. it was one of the best hotel experiences of my life.
