We loved staying in this lovely old building. The staff was considerate, personable, and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location in Recoleta was perfect, with plenty of cafes, supermarkets, and shops nearby. We especially enjoyed the beautiful design and mix of modern and antique furnishings in our room/studio. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I had an incredible stay in Recoleta, one of the most wonderful neighborhoods in this city. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to everything and in a very nice area. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, providing tips on places to visit and even arranging transportation to and from the airport. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It had all the amenities I needed and more, making my stay truly exceptional.

We were invited to a Super Bowl screening at the pool terrace, where we enjoyed meeting other guests and winning the halftime score. Claudio even drove us around the city, providing translation assistance. The hotel's location in the safe Recoleta area, with its abundance of restaurants and amenities, added to the convenience of our stay. The charming boutique design, comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchenette, and reliable WiFi were all highlights. a professional and memorable experience.
