The hotel had a great ambiance with sumptuous furnishings and plush carpets! The breakfast was served in the lovely garden when the weather was nice, making for such a relaxing way to start the day!

Air conditioning issues persisted during our stay!!! Noise disturbances from nearby bars were frustrating!!! The absence of complimentary water in the suite was disappointing!!! Unclean carpets were evident, detracting from the overall experience!!!

We enjoyed our three-night stay in a Classic Double Room, though we were disappointed that the promised Prosecco didn't arrive. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially when they helped arrange local dining recommendations. Pro tip, explore nearby restaurants for delightful culinary experiences!

Y’all, that garden out back is like an oasis! Had a peaceful breakfast with a view, and lemme tell you, the marble in our room was just as grand as my Grandma's silverware. The staff treated us like family, even had plush robes waitin' for us. Just wish we coulda enjoyed more of that garden without the heat.

The ideal location provided a serene atmosphere, just a short walk from the Accademia and not too far from St Mark's Square. Breakfast featured a delightful selection, perfect to fuel the day's adventures, while the staff consistently impressed with their friendliness and efficiency, particularly when they arranged a water taxi for our departure. Enjoyable meals nearby, including some enticing spare ribs, elevated the culinary experience. A critically appreciated elevator made navigating the beautiful, restored building effortlessly convenient.

nani mocenigo palace was perfect for us! the location was great, with many restaurants and taxi boats nearby. our economy double room was cozy, and the staff were super friendly, especially michael at the front desk—he really made our stay special. we loved the gelato shop right next door, too!
