We had a fantastic stay at Nani Mocenigo Palace. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the busy St Mark's area. the staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a grand and luxurious Venetian style. the decor and ambiance were elegant and peaceful. We especially loved the magnificent Murano chandeliers. the hotel even organized a visit to the Murano glass factory, which we strongly recommend. a wonderful experience and we would love to revisit the Nani Mocenigo Palace on our next trip to Venice.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to provide an unforgettable experience. Tommaso met us upon arrival and helped us navigate the area. The bed, linens, and shower were all amazing. The included breakfast selection was great. The hotel itself was a beautiful building with stunning renovations. We were lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite, which truly embodied the essence of Venice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bartender made fantastic drinks for aperitivo.

My partner and I recently stayed at Nani Mocenigo Palace for our anniversary. The attention to detail in the beautifully restored building was impressive. The stunning Murano glass chandeliers and antique furniture in the corridor made for a memorable experience. Our room had a gorgeous marble bathroom and comfortable beds with luxury linen. The location, away from the crowds but still within walking distance of attractions and water taxi stops, was perfect. The staff, especially Stefano and Tommaso, were helpful and made our stay extra special. We loved the hotel's new and refined feel, while still honoring its heritage. The garden and bar on the ground floor were lovely spots for breakfast and evening drinks. We can't wait to return!

We had excellent value for our money with a spacious and beautifully designed room, complete with stunning views. The location was perfect, tucked away from the crowds but still within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs, helping us with surprises and providing fantastic dining recommendations.

The hotel is located in a good not so touristy area, close to the grand canal. The rooms are beautiful and the central garden is perfect for a sunny breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A truly romantic atmosphere with the most amazing location near the water. We loved the complimentary drinks and the bar experience was intimate and cozy. the staff at the hotel were kind and helpful making our stay relaxed and fun.

The room was really small which was a bit of a bummer. we were expecting a double bed but instead, it was two single beds pushed together.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was brilliant, making it ideal for anyone who wants to be close to all of the typical tourist attractions whilst still being off the beaten track and away from the masses. The view from our room was great, just right in front of a Venetian canal and also just a few steps from the grand canal with many restaurants and transportation options. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left. We were impressed with the variety of amenities provided in our room, including a tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax and unwind.

In hindsight, we would have chosen a slightly larger room, as the Classic double room was quite small and didn't offer much space for luggage. However, this small issue didn't detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
