My room was thoughtfully designed, cozy and clean! Loved the USB hub and excellent A/C. Although the shared bathroom was on another floor, it was spotless every time. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee machine in the lobby. Conveniently located near Earls Court station with plenty of dining options nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable budget stay.

Loved the comfy bed and pillows! They made my sleep awesome! the staff was really helpful and friendly. They gave me a great welcome and even offered me complimentary cookies. the location was also a plus, close to public transport and lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. It was great to have breakfast in one of the nearby cafes.

The shower head was not working properly, and I had to hold it in my hand the whole time. the bathrooms were a bit small, and I felt a bit claustrophobic.
