The value for money at the Ibis in Grandate was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was convenient for our regular trips between Italy and Switzerland, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

Great stay!! Super friendly staff! So helpful. Just awesome. The staff is amazing!! They are super friendly and efficient: check-in super fast. They got a table prepared for my kid even before we got there. They had some colors for her ready and a nice straw. They provided milk for her even in the middle of the night. Great coffee. Nearby Chicco Village + big supermarket and other stores. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The blackout blinds and soundproofing were helpful.

Great location for a business trip, close to the highway and easy to find. the staff was helpful and kind, always willing to assist with any questions I had. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including some local products that added a nice touch to the meal.

My experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. the room was uncomfortably warm, and despite trying to adjust the temperature, there was no improvement.

Lastly, as a family traveler, I was pleased to find rooms available that were perfect for me and my two children, with comfortable beds for everyone.

This hotel is our go-to stop when traveling across Europe. the staff are amazing, speaking multiple languages and always ready to assist. the hotel's location just off the motorway is convenient, with plenty of secure and free parking available. the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. the 24/7 food service offers great value and the pet-friendly restaurant has a wide variety of options to choose from. the long-standing staff members make the hotel feel welcoming and the provision of luggage trolleys is a rare but helpful touch. We appreciate that the hotel offers a light breakfast for just 3 euros for early morning departures. We will definitely be returning in the Spring!

I had a posh and romantic weekend exploring the city, Lake Como, and its surroundings. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and I enjoyed delicious Italian pasta and grilled meat dishes at the Ibis Kitchen restaurant. Perfect base for a glamorous getaway.

Oh, but the pedestrian access was simply delightful! I had the pleasure of traipsing through fields and wandering aimlessly before discovering the hidden entrance.

Our one-night stay at the hotel was great. the Ibis staff was kind and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. the room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious accommodations. the hotel is conveniently located near Chicco Village and a large supermarket, making it convenient for families. the staff even went the extra mile by providing special amenities for our child. it was excellent value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like. 😊
