I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Florence that provided excellent value for money. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the city. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, including a terrace at the hotel itself with breathtaking views. I particularly enjoyed the use of the pool to cool off after a day of exploring. The facilities were in great working order and the staff, especially Alessandro at the front desk, were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Kraft. I stayed for 4 nights to explore the city. The friendly receptionist gave me the option to converse in Italian or English, and my room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a comfy bed and balcony. The bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower and everything was kept impeccably clean. The rooftop terrace bar and restaurant offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the pool area was a great bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue. It's located along a serene river, away from the hustle and bustle of the center city, yet close enough to stroll to all the sites. The staff delivers outstanding customer service, and their friendliness made me feel at home. This hotel offers an impressive list of amenities, including a fitness centre, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The rooms are soundproofed, well-furnished, and spacious. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, sipping my coffee while soaking up the serene views. The breakfast, served with white linen table clothes, was splendid and included plenty of choices of either cooked breakfast, smoked salmon, cheeses.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for an excellent hotel experience.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. I also loved the rooftop terrace and pool. It was perfectly heated and there were plenty of sun loungers. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from all the main sites in the city.

The room could have been better soundproofed. I could hear some noise from my neighbors, which disturbed my sleep at times.
