Lovely historic building in the center, with spacious rooms. Owners are caring and friendly. Great location near attractions but peaceful. Enjoyable breakfast with local products. Memorable experience, definitely worth returning.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a picturesque village. The staff are friendly and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. And the breakfast, with its tempting selection of Italian cakes, is a delightful treat.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure my needs were taken care of. The location, being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, situated in the heart of the village. It is so close to everything - good restaurants, lovely walks, and even a cafe just across the courtyard. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is extra friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the delicious breakfast served on a lovely terrace nearby is a delightful way to start the day.

Some aspects of the room could be improved for better comfort and functionality.

During Xmas we stayed at a hotel near the hot springs. Their common room was great for spending evenings in with a comfortable ambiance. The location was fabulous with everything within close proximity. we loved the breakfast that was served every morning, it was fresh and tasty.

The room we stayed in was cramped and had very few amenities. the check-in process was inconvenient as it was only available after 3 PM, and by that time, we would rather have already explored the nearby thermal spa.
