Our stay at the hotel was a great value for the money. The room had a modern and simple design with a burst of color from the sofa, and there was plenty of space for our large suitcases. The location was fantastic, close to the canal district with trendy restaurants and cafes. The staff, from the breakfast team to the concierge, were always helpful and welcoming.

Located in a very cute neighborhood, this hotel offers a great location close to the center but more quiet. It is also conveniently situated near the canals and the nearest metro station. The rooms are large, well-appointed, modern, and eclectic, with wonderful deep tubs. The service is excellent, with efficient and friendly staff that adds a little dash of humor to your stay. The breakfast is amazing and the wait staff is attentive. the hotel has a clean and safe environment.

The hotel bar and restaurant staff may be negligent at times, with the bar not being adequately attended and delays in reordering drinks.

It's walking distance to the Navigli canal and close to tram and subway stations. The staff is attentive and helpful, even showing guests how to control the room's high-tech amenities. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and well-stocked minibars. The hotel also has a lovely interior garden and a boutique with unique scents for fragrance enthusiasts.

The food options in the hotel are limited and a bit pricey.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. It also seemed like the walls were thin, allowing us to clearly hear the sounds of people walking and talking in the hallways.
