The location of Mamo Florence - Pop Tower was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to all the main sights and the central station with ease. Plus, the check-in process was simple and hassle-free.

Even though there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, like the apartment being smaller than expected and some cleanliness issues, we didn't experience any of those problems ourselves. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Great central location and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The apartment was modern and well-equipped. The room looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises there.

The apartment was too small for two people with their luggage. There was not enough space for two towels, and we didn't receive a second big towel for the duration of our stay.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with all the tourist attractions within a 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a smart TV and air conditioning. The wifi was reliable, and the contactless check-in and checkout process was convenient. The presence of USB plugs and a hairdryer were also appreciated.

Hair and dirt found in the room upon check-in. The cleanliness was below standard, with hairs, flosser, and paper scattered on the floor.

We stayed at Mamo Florence - Pop Tower Apartments for 4 nights during our backpacking trip. The location was brilliant, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, and everything was easily walkable. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a smart TV, USB plugs, and a mosquito defense. The AC was amazing and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the small kitchenette with a kettle and electric hob. The staff were responsive and quickly provided us with an iron when we requested one. a fantastic stay in a modern and centrally located apartment.
