During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the historical charm of the hotel with its 17th-century architecture and the attention to detail in preserving the history. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

There were a couple of things that I found disappointing. our room was unfortunately located near a noisy nightclub, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at NH Collection in Florence for a week and it was the perfect choice for my trip. The hotel's location was unbeatable, within walking distance of all the major tourist sites like the Florence Cathedral and Uffizi. The hotel was also clean and the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, even helping me find a ticket to see "David". I loved the historic building the hotel was located in, and my room was beautifully decorated with antique furnishings. The hotel even surprised us with an upgrade to a suite and a special birthday celebration for my mother. Lastly, the service provided by the staff, especially Noemi in guest relations, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from personalized recommendations to wishing us safe travels on our departure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the facilities though best is their service. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The breakfast is top-notch making it the perfect way to start your day. The hotel rooms have beautiful Florentine views and the artwork throughout the hotel is impressive.
