We had a wonderful experience at Nh Collection. the room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of being able to open the windows for fresh air. the hotel's location was excellent, close to local trattorias and the beautiful Borghese Gardens. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a good selection of healthy options. the staff, especially Maria from guest relations, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Nh Collection. The highlight for us was the huge terrace in our junior suite. It was a great space to relax and enjoy the view. The location of the hotel was also a positive for us. While it wasn't in the center of Rome, it was within walking distance and we enjoyed exploring the area. The staff was always available and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room tidy and clean. Despite a few small drawbacks, such as a small shower and issues with the power, overall we had a positive experience. We would recommend this hotel for its location, staff, and comfortable rooms.

The receptionist tried her best to be helpful, despite the poor quality of the hotel overall. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was near a park and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. This made it easy to explore the area and find dining options outside of the hotel. Lastly, the beds were quite comfortable, allowing for some degree of rest despite the constant noise from the road.

The hotel was situated on a busy, noisy road, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were old and desperately needed renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at this place - the location was fantastic as everything was in walking distance. The hotel was nestled on a quiet hill and not too far from the city center. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming, offering a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, in-room safe, and comfortable sitting area. Room service and laundry facilities were available whenever we needed them.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, especially the delicious croissants. the gym was well-equipped for a quick workout session. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even packing breakfast for early departures.

The location wasn't close to the lively areas at night, which may not be ideal for those seeking vibrant nightlife. the air conditioning didn't work properly and made loud noises, disrupting my sleep.

This place is good, quiet central but away from crowds. The location is very good, a short walk to excellent dining, truly outstanding shopping, and some tourist attractions. The service here is excellent, with staff who welcome us and help us to have an excellent stay in Rome. Giuseppe and Lucca are very friendly and professional. The facilities here are totally perfect and meet professionally the needs of the visitors. The room amenities are great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. this hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

The staff could have been more helpful in transferring luggage from the street to the reception. It was very exhausting.
