We had a fantastic stay at this gem of a hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very elegant palace on a pleasant square. We were able to walk to attractions like the Egyptian Museum within 10 minutes. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the square. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast in the cozy internal courtyard was delicious, and the in-house restaurant served excellent meals. a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and two complementary drinks at check-in was a nice touch. the breakfast was pretty good too with plenty of choices.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the room was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the floor, which was quite unpleasant.

Here, everything was perfect. This venue is located within an old square that has been beautifully restored and is in the centre of the city, close to all the attractions. The service provided was excellent, with room service available 24/7, and the staff was happy to help answer questions. The room was soundproofed and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, kettle, and flat-screen TV, complete with satellite television.
