The bed was comfortable, and I found the pillow to be very relaxing. The fact that the hotel provided free parking right in front of the hotel was a big plus. It made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our car. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Francesco at the reception who went above and beyond to assist us with wine tastings and gave us great tips for our stay. Some rooms had minor issues like a lack of clothes hangers and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom in the morning. the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective, causing us to turn it off most of the time.
