The room I stayed in was recently remodeled with exquisite taste, and I had an exceptional view. The breakfast was perfect, with personalized attention from the staff. The location of this hotel was also ideal, with everything I wanted to see and do close by. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The area is safe and lively, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Another great advantage was the spacious and modern room, with a big modern bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate at night, as there was no air conditioning.

As a tourist in Santa Maria Nuvella, I stayed at Roma. The location was exceptional, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions like Duomo and the Ponti V. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, and the mini-bar was a pleasant surprise. The spacious room and modern bathroom provided a comfortable stay, and the rooftop view of the city was amazing. The parking facility with pick up and return service was convenient, making it ideal for those with their own car or rental.

The hotel was in the city center with excellent transportation and parking facilities. There were many good restaurants nearby and it was a short walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions. With the central railway station just down the lane opposite, it's the perfect spot for those traveling by train. The hotel is also close to the Florence War cemetery, allowing guests to pay their respects to fallen soldiers. The rooms are well-maintained and boast cozy beds, while the breakfast offers a great selection of dishes. From some rooms, you can enjoy stunning views of the beautiful piazza, giving an authentic Italian feel to your stay.

The rooms could benefit from better sound insulation to reduce external noise at night.

The location is incredible, with everything you need right on your doorstep - trains, buses, restaurants. The first-floor room overlooking the square was amazing. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The shower felt like rain. The rooms were updated with great design features. The electric blackout shades were a favorite. Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this one offered the best value for money.

The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was absolutely delicious. We were also impressed with the free toiletries and welcome drink provided. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel on Santa Maria Novella square, close to the tramway that goes directly to the airport. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The city view from my room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the church. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym in the basement, which was a nice bonus. The staff at the hotel were amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything. The breakfast options were diverse, even catering to those who prefer plant-based milk and gourmet pastries. I had a fantastic time at this hotel.

While I had a great experience overall, there were a few drawbacks. One of the downsides was the car/taxi crossing on the square, which could be a bit noisy at times.
