mgallery absolutely exceeded my expectations during my long stay in dubai. the hotel staff were responsive and the breakfast options were tasty. the attention to detail was excellent, with a quick fix for a minor bath issue. the sleek and stylish decor made for a beautiful stay.

My stay at Mgallery in Dubai was amazing! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and even assisted us with getting a PCR test for our flight. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom, especially the bathtub, was top-notch. The valet parking and room service staff were outstanding, and the food was excellent. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and relaxing, perfect for someone like me with jet lag. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a restful sleep. The separate bathtub in the bathroom was a unique and enjoyable feature. The breakfast was delicious, and the Filipino staff at the breakfast hall were warm and welcoming.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a cemetery, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The downstairs restaurant offers a cozy dining experience, and guests can also try the other restaurant for dinner. Despite being in an undeveloped area, the room was well-maintained and the bathroom was a highlight. The service provided by the reception staff was helpful and polite.

The breakfast options were limited and there were long queues for eggs.

The hotel was relatively close to the airport which was good, as we didn't want to spend much on expensive taxis. The location made it easy for us to catch our flights on time.

The cleanliness of our room was not up to standard and we were disappointed. The stains on the carpets, dirty surfaces, and lack of attention to detail made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

The entertainment and leisure room is also an enjoyable space to wind down. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area serves unique cocktails. The private facilities, such as the Sauna and the Turkish bath, are a great way to relax and unwind.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak during my stay, which was a minor issue. Though it didn't ruin my experience, it was frustrating at times.

This place is a great option for anyone visiting the area. The location couldn't be better as it is close to everything. I was impressed by the quality of the room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. I was also glad to know that this hotel has 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping. Plus, the tours/ticket assistance and happy hour made my stay even more enjoyable.

During my xmas trip, the hotel offered some nice complimentary treats. the location was great as it was close to many attractions and easy to get around. The rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city and was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

My stay was not without issues. The customer service was very disappointing and the staff did not seem to care about my comfort.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms below the spa had an unpleasant smell of wet wood, which could be off-putting for some visitors.
