The hotel's location was the best, with the Duomo and main shopping district just a 60 second walk away. We could easily pop back to the hotel anytime we needed to. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and served an excellent breakfast.

Inadequate Room Allocation: the hotel did not provide the appropriate room type as requested, which was disappointing. Privacy Issues: the bathroom design lacked privacy, with an open vanity and a frosted glass door to the toilet.

The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with valuable advice on restaurants and even contacting us via email before our arrival. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a nice mini-bar selection and a super cozy bathrobe. We also enjoyed the great bar downstairs, which was part of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, offering a diverse and high-quality selection. our experience here was simply exceptional!
