The food for breakfast could have had more variety.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the breakfast was truly outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that left us satisfied and ready for the day. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that was also impeccably clean. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and close to public transportation options.

The lack of control over the room temperature. the central heating system made the room too hot for our liking, especially considering the weather outside was not very cold.

The staff was really nice and helpful, giving great recommendations for the city and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food options.

The air conditioning was not turned on before our arrival, so we had to endure a hot room for the first day. It was quite uncomfortable and took some time to get it fixed.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious and had all the modern appliances we needed. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was also very attentive and helpful, providing us with a phone to use during our stay and offering us recommendations for dinner. it was a wonderful experience.

There were not enough drawers in the room for all our belongings, which was a bit inconvenient. the USB ports were located across the room from the bedside, making it a bit inconvenient to charge our devices.

The room and en suite were surprisingly spacious, and the heated towel rack was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterbus stop and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast each morning was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh options and made-to-order dishes. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided a Handy phone for us to use during our stay.

Luxury without the price tag, plush room with beautiful veranda, helpful and accommodating host, complimentary champagne, great communication, personal touch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay in Venice at a charming hotel located right in front of a lovely canal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern take on Venetian style. The bathroom was also spacious and had a luxurious rain shower. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations for restaurants and day trips. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh bread, fruit, cheese, and Italian meats. Plus, the hotel provided a "Handy" phone with GPS and Google, which was a great convenience. it was a perfect place for a special holiday.

The only minor drawback was the limited drawer space, which was not a big inconvenience but worth noting.
