Situated in a tranquil area, this hotel is housed in a beautiful Victorian building, adding to its charm. With two tube stations nearby, it is extremely convenient for exploring the city. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms, including those in the basement, are clean and comfortable. The communal seating during breakfast creates a friendly atmosphere, allowing guests to interact and start their day on a positive note.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a good location near Victoria station. The room was comfortable and the shower was nice to use. I was also happy to have a TV in the room. Despite a few minor stains, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its value and modern facilities.

The location was fantastic, close to a train station and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the shower in the bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure. I also liked that there was an actual air conditioner in the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Victoria coach station and the underground, making it convenient to explore London. It is also within walking distance to popular tourist sites like Buckingham Palace.

Sadly, the hotel lacks basic maintenance with chipped paint, dusty surfaces, and cold draft windows.

During our stay, we found a great budget hotel in a really nice area. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the station and just a ten minute walk to the Apollo Victoria theatre which is where we wanted to be. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast to start our day.
