The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer experience was exceptional from the moment I entered until I collected my luggage. The breakfast offered a large choice of delicious options in a beautiful spot overlooking a cozy yard. The spa was amazing, with an additional hot tub and second hammam. The beds were comfortable and the minibar drinks were complimentary. The staff were always polite, flexible, and customer-oriented.

We had an amazing experience here. This place is very centrally located and within walking distance of the old city centre. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to provide wonderful service. The leisure facilities were stunning with a great range of treatments available. We felt thoroughly pampered. The rooms were equipped with lovely amenities, and the whole decor of the hotel was tasteful and relaxing.

I chose Hotel Victoria as our meeting location for Valentine's day and we were both thoroughly impressed. Prior to arrival staff were helpful and informative over the phone. On arrival we were greeted with complimentary coffee and croissaints because we arrived early and the room wasn't quite ready yet. This was a brilliant welcome after a long overnight flight. Both in the breakfast room and the lounge there is an open fire, and the swimming pool and baths have tasty tea and fruit facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming and were more than happy to help us order take away pizza on the last night. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complementary mulled wine and traditional Christmas treats offered by the hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot with many attractions nearby. the indoor pool was also a great addition and provided a nice escape from the chilly weather.

The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the breakfast was rather lackluster and didn't offer many options.

The hotel offers a stunning terrace with beautiful furniture, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The spa and swimming pool facilities are fantastic, providing a truly relaxing experience. Within walking distance of main sites and restaurants. Convenient for those with physical handicaps.

I chose the hotel because I wanted to give myself a treat and that aim was fully achieved. The hotel is well situated with easy walking access to the centre of the city. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, including fresh fruit and Greek yogurt. Despite some minor disappointments like the useless hairdryer and difficult shower, our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly, and they even allowed us to store our baggage and organized transport to the airport after we checked out. I'll recommend this hotel.
