our second stay in bologna and zanhotel blew us away! spacious apartment, charmingly refurbished, and in a perfect location near the train station. friendly staff, great breakfast, and so many wonderful restaurants nearby. exceeded all expectations!

taxi mishap caused some stress

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the historical attractions and indulge in some shopping. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The rooms on the higher floors were an added bonus, providing excellent sound isolation and a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

A perfect location near the bus terminus, I was impressed that the hotel allowed us to transfer our pre-paid room to another member of our group. The room was homely and modest with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. I highly recommend this convenient and accommodating hotel.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the train station and the city center. the walkways were flat and mostly covered, making it comfortable no matter the weather. there was a McDonald's restaurant right next to the hotel, which was perfect for a quick bite to eat.

While there were minor inconveniences, such as no English stations on the TV , there was nothing major to complain about. the only downside was that our room was slightly on the smaller side.

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was decent and the location was great! We were able to walk to all the main attractions which was very convenient. they offered us complementary snacks upon arrival and a welcome drink which was a nice touch.

The room was not great, definitely could use a renovation. the facilities were also lacking, especially the shower which had no hot water and sprayed cold water all over the place.
